Joshua Leatherman has written an article highlighting the idea that social media “produces the highest return-on-relationship, with the lowest return on-salesmanship.” He lists five ways to move to that relational type of social media. My favorite?
- Tell a story. Too often updates sound like they were developed to scroll across the bottom of CNN. You will find little engagement if you don’t develop your narrative and become a master storyteller.
